3.27.10 Food Log

Yesterday’s eating was a little different because of the race.  I basically had two (maybe three) breakfasts.

Before the race

Green monster…milk, frozen banana, spoonful of chocolate PB2, spinach

At the race

coffee w/ a little cream, mini-bagel, 1/3 of a banana, 1 strawberry dipped in chocolate (from the Melting Pot…yum)

After the race

scrambled egg whites, 1 slice of bacon, 1/2 a pancake with a little butter and syrup

Late lunch (waited too late…I was starving)

“pizza”…basil and tomato brushetta on Arnold sandwich thins with some mozzarella cheese sprinkled on top and warmed

Dinner

Chinese buffet.  Not the best, but I mainly ate sushi.  Then, I was able to resist ice cream (my favorite) when the guy suggested it.
