This Week’s Weigh in

My weight this week is 205.8.  The scale is still moving down, I just wish it was moving faster.  I’ve exercised pretty regularly this week, but it’s been awhile since I did any strength exercises.  I’m going to add a few days of it in and see if it makes a difference at next week’s weighin.
